Labskaus from Hamburg

ENGLISH Labskaus is a sailor's court, Labskaus experienced in recent years, a renaissance, similar to other former "poor people's food" for example Matjes or salmon.  Today you can find Labskaus almost on the menus of many restaurants with Hamburg or Northern Germany  🍽  What's in it?  1 tin of corned beef (about 340 g)  2 onions  500g potatoes (floury cooking)  Beetroot   Pickels   Salt pepper  oil or butter  eggs  Matje fillets  Preparation:  Let the peeled potatoes cook for about 20 minutes, in salted water.  Dice the onion and braise with the corned beef in a pan with a little oil.  Add some of the cooking water to the onions and bring to a boil.  After 20 minutes, remove the peeled potatoes from the water and strain corned beef into a fine sieve.  Reduce some water.   Mash the potatoes, meat and stir-fried onion in a bowl.  Use the cooking water to set the consistency of the mash (optional, add water with a small amount of beet

SMOOTHIE BOWL RECIPE English Bluenana Smoothie Bowl is my DIY Smoothie Bowl, there is Blueberry and Banana in it so i call it Bluenana Smootie Bowl. Lately I’ve been so obsessed with smoothie bowls. have you ever make Smootie Bowl for your Breakfast? or you can remake my Bluenana easy Recipe and as usual i put a picture of it in the end so you can take a look how it’s look like! Ingredients : 2 cups Frozen Blueberries 1 Frozen Banana 1 cup buttermilk / Almond milk / Coconut milk Topping (Optional) : 1 spoon granola chocolate 1 spoon coconut chip Slice Bananas Blueberries Direction : Add frozen bananas and frozen blueberries to a blender. Then add a cup buttermilk or almond milk or coconut milk. This time I used buttermilk but my favorite is almond milk. Step 3 is gently blend the frozen things and buttermilk. Avocado Toast Recipes  Have you eat Avocado Toast? Avocado Toast recently became a fairly famous food, in addition Avocado Toast does have many benefits and also one of a healthy foods to eat. Today I will share a recipe of my homemade Avocado Toast, in the end you can also see the picture I made so you can imagine how it’s looks like incase you want to remake it. Ingredients : One avocado, halved, pitted and peeled Salt and black pepper 1 clove garlic, peeled and halved 2 tablespoons olive oil some slice whole grain or whole wheat bread Unsalted butter An egg Directions : Fry the eggs first with unsalted butter. Make sure it’s not overcook or undercook. I prefer a Sunny side Up Egg. Mash the avocado with a fork. Season the Avocado with salt and black pepper. Chop garlic until smooth. Add the garlic and 2 tea spoon Oliven oil into the mashed avocado. Mix well. Toast the bread until browned and crisp. Lightly brush the toasts with margarine. Divide the mash
